Admission Procedure
Admission for government seats
The Central Admission Cell of the state under the Commissioner of Public Instruction
shall monitor the admission to the Government seat Quota. We were following the
regulations of NCTE, Central Government/ State Governments¸ as well as Adi
chuchnagiri University, while giving admission to the candidates who comes for
admission under government quota through CAC.
Admission Procedure
Admission for the management seats
Admission given for the Management seats shall be based on Merit, based on marks
obtained in the qualifying examination.
Note: - We were following the directions from STEM and TERM Cell for the
admission of both Merit and Management quota seats.
STEP-1: College will prepare Provisional approval list of the admitted candidates and
declares it on the College website
STEP-2: After the last date of admission Final list of seats admitted is forwarded to
the Adichunchanagiri University by the College.
STEP-3: Approval of admission by Adichunchanagiri University and notification of
admission of each college with eligibility numbers will be displayed on the website
STEP-4: The list of the admitted candidates endorsed by the Adichuchanagiri
University be submitted to the STEM Board and shall take necessary monitoring
accordance to the admission eligibility and state policy.
Important Note:-
Candidates should produce the following Original documents of the followings, along
with 2 sets of Photocopy of the same and 4 passport size and 4 stamp size photos at
the time of admission at the College.
- S.S.L.C or Equivalent Marks card
- P.U.C Equivalent Marks Card
- Three Years Degree Marks card Or Two Years P.G Marks card
- Degree or Master Degree Convocation Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (T.C)
- Migration Certificate (for Other University Candidates)
- SC/ST/CAT-I/PWD/OBC Certificate (if necessary)
- Kannada Medium Certificate (if necessary)
